How loud do concerts/ festivals get?Research shows that past 70+ decibels, our hearing starts to become damaged, and what's concerning is that concerts, festivals, clubs and other loud music events will reach around or above 110 decibels. Music above 110 decibels can take less than 5 minutes until permanent ear damage starts occurring.
-
How do music earplugs work?'Music earplugs' utilise advanced acoustic filters that reduce the volume of music without sacrificing its clarity or quality. This means you can still hear the music clearly while reducing the risk of long-term hearing damage.
-
Can you still hear music clearly with our earplugs?Yes, this is due to our earplugs being 'High Fidelity' meaning all sound is designed to be reduced equally, therefore not compromising the clarity and quality of the music.
-
How do you clean earplugs? We recommend cleaning the earplugs regularly with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before storing them in the provided case. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or high temperatures to prolong their lifespan.
-
Will the earplugs fit me?Our earplugs are designed to fit all ears, this is due to their unique design that allows them to comfortably fit into many ear types without complication
-
Can I wear your earplugs while in other noisy environments? While our earplugs are primarily designed for music events, they can also be used in other noisy environments, including working, traveling, or sporting events, to provide effective noise reduction and protect your hearing, whilst still allowing for clear conversation.
-
How do our earplugs differ from regular foam earplugs?Unlike traditional foam earplugs, our earplugs are specifically engineered for music enthusiasts. They attenuate sound levels evenly across frequencies, ensuring that you can still enjoy the music while protecting your hearing.

When do you know ear damage is permanent?Personally I found my ear damage was permanent after leaving my favourite festival - Beyond The Valley - and after a week or two of high pitched ringing ears, I realised then that my ear damage is now going to be permanent. Reference link

Would you recommend any other earplugs? After trying out multiple earplugs throughout my years - loop earplugs, foam earplugs and more - I found loops earplugs didn't quite fit comfortably in my ears and stay in during festivals and gigs where I was jumping around a lot + their main design of their basic model seemed way too obvious and noticeable in my ears. And I found basic foam earplugs would muffle and distort my sound too much.
