In the event that the earplugs are defective and fail to provide the promised protection, resulting in hearing damage or loss despite proper use according to the instructions, TekkPlugs shall not be held liable. Customers acknowledge that variations in individual physiology and other factors may impact the effectiveness of the Product.

Warranty and Performance

TekkPlugs makes no warranty regarding the effectiveness of the earplugs. TekkPlugs shall not be held liable for any discrepancies between the advertised performance and the actual performance of the Product. TekkPlugs shall not be held liable for damages resulting from negligence in the manufacturing or testing process.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for our '120- day free returns policy,' your order must have been placed within 120 days of your return request. To qualify for this policy, please ensure the following: The original packaging must be included when returning an item, ensuring it is in the exact original condition. Your return must include ALL the material, packaging and inclusions that were received with your order, ensuring they are all in original quality. The items being returned must also be in the original condition. Tekkplugs reserves the right to refuse return requests if items are deemed unacceptable or if customers do not adhere to the stated qualifications. Tekkplugs have the right to decide what is an acceptable condition or not. Shipping costs are excluded - customer must pay for shipping costs if returning an item. Returns must be shipped through Australian post.
